Coastal Conference Center located 225 Water Street, Suite 2000 in downtown Jacksonville announced today that they are officially open for business and taking reservations. The 15 dedicated conference and meeting room space is a first for Jacksonville. Leveraging the need for temporary meeting space, founder Lisa Gufford, has been fielding inquiries and taking reservations even before the space opened today.
Gufford comments, “I have been encouraged by the reception of the business community. Our class A space on the 20th floor in the heart of downtown is a full 10,734 square feet and provides a unique experience and exceptional views of the downtown landscape.”
Gufford is no stranger to managing office space. She has been the managing member for Executive Suite Professionals, in the Everbank tower for 4 years. “That project proved to me that there is a need for a purpose built, dedicated meeting space”, says Gufford.
Various rooms can accommodate a meeting of 2 to 24 or for large gatherings, the Matthews Room has seating for up to 36 to 40 people. Services available for all room rentals include: parking validation, beverage service, meeting concierge, copy center, conference phones, 5G WIFI and electric projector screens.
